Exchange & Returns

Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of order delivery

All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging and the tags must still be attached. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on below products :

  1. Custom sized products that are made to order
  2. Personalised Bandana/Bows/Collars/Name Tags etc.
  3. Dog Toys & Cat Toys
  4. Items purchased during sales
  5. Gift cards

How to handle your return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to : 121,2nd floor, Narang Colony, Janak Puri, New Delhi -110058.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will offer you a store credit, which would be valid for 6 months. We do not offer money back refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping paid by you will be deducted from your store credit amount.

How to handle your exchange:
 

Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Mention your order ID and send a photograph of the package to hello@pawsnpups.in
Step 2: We will send someone to pick up the product from you at no cost to you*. Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact. Do keep the pick up slip safely with you so that we can coordinate with our delivery partners on your product.
Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will send you requested exchanged size.

Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, we will offer you store credit and keep you posted on when the item is back in stock.


*Our Customer support are extremely qualified to assist you in picking the right size for your pet, so please do reach out to them for a size recommendation before you make your purchase.
*Note that while the first exchange is free of cost, consequent exchanges may be at a cost borne by the customer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.
