Please refer to the size chart provided on the product details page for product specific sizing. And if you are still not sure about the size, we custom make as well according to pup’s size without any extra cost.

Just go for “Custom” in Size drop down menu and fill out your pup’s measurements requested over there.

Do we customise?

Yes, we do customise according to your pet’s needs. We can have personalised bandanas, collars, leashes, name tags, and many more specially designed to suit your pet.

What are the modes of payment we accept?

Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Debit Cards, UPI and NetBanking.

Where is my package?

To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

We currently ship within India.

How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order, so the shipments usually gets dispatched within 3-7 working days depending upon the type of product.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the area pin code.

Exchange & Return Policy

What all products are eligible for Exchange/Return?

We do not offer Money back refund on our Returns, Refund is processed in the form of Store Credit which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exchange/Returns would only be applicable on standard size products.

We will NOT accept exchanges for the following items :

Custom sized products that are made to order
Personalised Bandana/Bows/Collars/Name Tags etc
Dog Toys & Cat Toys
Items purchased during sales

How do I redeem a gift card?

Add your items to cart
Proceed to check out
Enter the coupon code in the box that has the text: “gift cards or discount code”.
The amount will be deducted from the gift card.
Any unused balance will remain on your gift card for a period of 6 months from date of issue.
