Overview

Our exchange and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept below products :

Custom sized products that are made to order
Personalised/Bandana/Bows/Collars/Name Tags etc
Dog Toys & Cat Toys
Items purchased during sales
Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will offer you a store credit, which would be valid for 6 months. We do not offer money back refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping paid by you will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
